Sue Smart has been running her own Consultancy since 2003, having qualified as a Registered Affiliate of the International Federation of Image Consultants (www.tfic.org.uk) in 2002. Prior to this, ten years experience within in a global career transition organisation (DBM), coupled with lecturing experience at the University of West of England, have provided Sue with an understanding of the importance of image and personal brand management, whilst being able to clearly communicate with large and small audiences.
As a Colour and Image specialist, Sue delivers image workshops for major organisations, historically through her involvement with the Springboard personal development programmes, helping employees gain confidence and achieve professional and personal goals.
Sue was invited to speak at the Wales & South West regional convention for the Chartered Management Institute and on BBC Radio Wales (Wales at Work), as well has having published articles in the Western Mail, Cardiff Chamber of Commerce Magazine and the South Wales Argus.
With her background in career consultancy, she also regularly provides valuable workshops for Working Links, Genesis and Fast Forward, helping economically inactive groups back into the workplace, by offering advice on dressing for interviews and building confidence.
Individual Clients: Sue has advised well over 100 individuals (men and women), on dressing for success, increasing self confidence, raising awareness of personal branding and recognising the importance of first impressions in both professional and personal situations.
Corporate Clients: Sue is a guest speaker on UK Springboard and Navigator personal development programmes for men and women. Corporate and Springboard clients have included:
